There's something really satisfying in games with ragdoll body physics where you can interact with the things you've killed, like picking up their limbs and letting them flop back and stuff. Oblivion had that working really well, but i was really sad that you couldn't do it much with larger things (like horses) in skyrim... Always wished i'd find a mod to allow all bodies to still be movable, but never did. ...Tell me i'm not the only one who found that enjoyable!
