I know you all want to blame Apple, but you all need to realize this is Verizon’s fault.

Whether Apple banned tumblr’s broken app from the app store or not, this NSFW content ban was literally being planned from the get go.

The NSFW content ban was inevitable whether Apple stepped in or not.

Apple just got tired of the apps shitty platform problems, child porn and porn bots being only a few elements of the issue, and banned the app.

All this did was speed up the NSFW ban process which was already in place.

They need this app to be in the market place to look good for Verizon investors. They can’t sell ads next to porn.

I’ve just seen people blaming Apple exclusively for this issue, and in reality they are a small element to it. All they’ve done was indirectly speed up a process that was already being implemented.

So whether Apple banned the app or not, this was bound to happen.

I’m moving all of my activity to twitter and furaffinity. My furaffinity has been pretty active, but my twitter is fairly new.

Please follow the both of these so you can stay updated on all of my stuff. Tumblr as a platform is done though.
