In regards to the recent auction!
So firstly let me just say wow. You guys REALLY wanted that YCH.
I’m pretty blown away with just how much that individual picture made. The response to this auction has been overwhelmingly positive, and it’s definitely worked out way better than I had previously anticipated.
That being said, I’d like to thank those of you who did partake in the bidding, even if you didn’t get a slot in the final turn out. Your bid to me is more than just a number. It’s a statement.
It’s your way of showing me the worth you see in my art, and I cannot tell you how rewarding it is to see how many of you took a bid on this picture. It really means something very special to me.
I’m going to be drawing up future plans to do more YCH’s like this in the future. The possibilities are endless for what I can come up with, and I’m excited to give each and everyone here a chance at getting in on a picture like the one I just closed up. It brings me so much closer with my fan base to get everyone involved like that, and that’s something I value so much.
We’ve grown a great community here. I look back on the work I’ve put into this blog when reaching milestones like this, and I become insanely proud of what we’ve all accomplished throughout the years.
So again, thank you call so much. This has been a rewarding experience beyond what the commission made monetarily.
